Privacy Policy — Spokely
Last updated: 7 October 2026
Spokely is a bike maintenance log that works entirely on your iPhone. This page explains what the app keeps and where it stays.
What Spokely stores
Your bikes, their parts and wear limits, the rides and services you log, costs, pre-ride checks and your preferences. You type all of it yourself.
Where it is kept
Only on this device, in the app's own storage. Spokely has no account, no server and no cloud copy, and it never connects to the internet to send your data.
What is not collected
No personal details, no location, no analytics, no advertising identifiers and no tracking of any kind. The app shows no ads and has no purchases.
Reminders
If you turn on part reminders, Spokely schedules local notifications on your iPhone. They are created on the device and nothing leaves it. Switch them off in Spokely's Settings tab or in iOS Settings whenever you like.
Export and removal
Export CSV creates a file only when you ask for it, and you choose where it goes in the share sheet. "Reset all data" in Settings, or deleting the app, erases everything Spokely stored.
Children
Spokely is suitable for all ages and collects nothing from anyone, children included.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear here with a new date.
